Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your wholesale account and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, specifying the order number and reason for return.
- 2.Quality Review
Our support team will review your request and photos of the merchandise within 2 business days to issue a pre-paid shipping label for qualifying items.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Pack the items in their original wholesale packaging, ensuring all units are secured to prevent further damage during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our facility receives and inspects the return, a credit will be issued to your original payment method or applied as a store credit within 5-7 business days.
